The Client Onboarding Manager is a vital team leader in the group that is focused on the successful implementation of new client engagements at Radius. Whether a new client has an existing operation overseas that was previously supported by another provider, or they are newly launching an overseas operation, the beginning of any engagement will initially involve the services of the Onboarding team.
Department: Advisory Services
The Director of Advisory Services is responsible for managing Radius' most complex Higher Education / Not for Profit client engagements. As a client’s primary point of contact for Radius' Advisory Services, this role partners closely with multiple executive contacts on the client team to ensure the successful client engagements around the world. This critical role serves as a trusted advisor to our clients, and involves managing multiple projects, deadlines, and regular communication with multiple parties.
The Sales Director will be responsible for the promotion, awareness and sale of company software and services in the assigned region through both direct sales and partnering opportunities. We are looking for a highly professional, seasoned Sales Director who has excellent communication skills, great contacts, a strong work ethic, and the drive to help us scale our business. The candidate must possess stellar presentation skills, particularly in client-facing roles, as the position requires interaction with C-Level executives, preferably CFOs, at prospect companies.
