The Senior Systems Administrator ("SA") is responsible for ensuring the stable operation of the corporate network and systems. The SA will manage aspects of systems administration such as planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing network hardware, software, servers, storage, and communication links. This role will also provide escalation and overflow support to end user support, and provide IT and end user training where required.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide 1st and some 2nd line support for the users of the Global Helpdesk. This is an important role requiring a high level of attention to detail, good organisation, communication, and excellent customer facing skills. In addition, a high degree of technical knowledge of the Windows 7 desktop PC, laptop and printer environments will be required. A key part of this role is configuring user applications and devices for use on the Radius corporate network.

The Project Manager is responsible for a broad range of product roadmap and release planning, program management, process definition and improvement, reporting and metrics, and facilitation support. He/she will also play a key role in further developing, socializing, and improving the Product Development Life Cycle and processes for the organization, including working directly with offshore teams, Product Management, Engineering and QA leads to increase the effectiveness and shared understanding of our process.

This is a technical and consultative role that will provide the management, maintenance and ongoing development support for Radius, OverSeas Connect Payroll Application (OsC). OverSeas Connect is a cloud based service for simplifying and controlling international payroll and operations.
Working in partnership with the Product Management team and the Radius Support organization, the Payroll Product Administrator will function as an internal and external client facing consultant, offering payroll product expertise while improving overall customer satisfaction.
This position will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the support, specifically to better position Radius to provide more live 24 hour support for employees, customers, and implementation as well as training teams. The support and training will span a product portfolio including software, accounting services and consulting for an international software and services company.
This role involves managing multiple projects, strict deadlines and regular communication with multiple stakeholders. Attention to detail is essential.
